The property, built next to the lakeshore, is composed of a four-story main house. It features a total of 8 en-suite bedrooms, a game room, a tennis court, a 10 x 6 m heated pool, and stunning park-like gardens leading to a private dock. This beautiful 20th-century villa provides large, bright, and colorful interiors that stay true to the local style, with crystal chandeliers, a wooden staircase, a marble fireplace, stylish furnishings, and paintings.

On the ground floor, guests have access to a spacious living room with lake views, a formal dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a game room.
