Originally built in the 1960s and recently renovated, this villa seamlessly blends mid-century architectural elegance with modern sophistication. Designed to harmonize with its natural surroundings, it features fluid spaces, organic shapes, and a palette inspired by the Mediterranean landscape.
The property boasts a main villa and a guest house. The two-story main house offers spacious living areas that flow seamlessly onto expansive, shaded terraces, a dining area, a professional kitchen, and a total of five en-suite bedrooms. Four of the bedrooms are accessed from the main house, while the fifth bedroom has independent access. The guest house provides an additional living area with a TV lounge, a smaller kitchen, and three more comfortable en-suite bedrooms, one of which has independent access.
The exteriors feature lush gardens filled with maritime pines and Mediterranean greenery, creating a serene escape just steps away from a beautiful sandy beach. Guests can also enjoy a refreshing free-form pool, several outdoor lounges, an al fresco dining area complete with a BBQ, and panoramic sea views.

Pure Bliss in Porto Rafael
The villa is incredibly private, yet just five minutes from the sea. The kids loved the vintage Citroën Méhari and the telescope. We loved the Sonos sound system and the Netflix-ready smart TV after sunset swims. Minimalist but warm, luxurious but homely. We will absolutely return.
A Secret Over the Sea
Perched high above Punta Sardegna, this place is pure poetry. The outdoor kitchen became our main room—we cooked, laughed, and toasted the sunset there every night. With Palau and La Maddalena so close, every day brought a new adventure. An unforgettable family treasure.
Architecture Meets Emotion
The minimalist design by the glass walls frames the sea like a deep painting. The infinity pool felt like our private ocean. Every bedroom had direct access outside and a walk-in closet. We borrowed the e-bike, explored Cala Inglese, and slept with windows open to the waves. A masterpiece.
