This luxurious historic villa, built in 1741, is situated above Positano within walking distance from the center. Recently, the town of Positano installed a public elevator, allowing guests at this villa to avoid the steps leading to Via Marconi, the nearest drop-off point for those arriving by vehicle. The beach is also nearby. This property offers 12 bedrooms, a private infinity pool measuring 4.5 x 8.5 meters, and numerous terraces with stunning panoramic views of the sea and Positano below.
The villa’s interiors are decorated in a classic and elegant style, featuring richly adorned ceilings, traditional Italian paintings, and period furniture. The ground floor includes a living room, a fully equipped professional-grade kitchen (for staff use only), and a breakfast area. The first floor offers four spacious en-suite bedrooms, each with access to a terrace. The attic level includes two family suites, each comprising two bedrooms. The lower floor has four additional en-suite bedrooms, all with terrace access.
Outside, the villa boasts a beautiful infinity pool with deck chairs and breathtaking views of the surrounding area. A large covered terrace with a spacious dining area that can host up to 30 guests and a retractable roof offers the perfect spot for al fresco meals. Several other terraces and balconies on various levels, furnished with chairs, tables, and lounges, provide ideal spaces to relax after a warm day or enjoy a drink at sunset.
