This recently renovated waterfront property is situated a short drive from Porto Rafael and boasts direct access to the beach from the villa's gardens. This luxury vacation rental offers four bedrooms (an additional staff bedroom is available upon request), a private pool, and panoramic sea views.
The property is authentic and traditional in style, offering incredible views over the lush Mediterranean gardens and sea. All four guest bedrooms benefit from sea views, and the property truly allows guests to live both indoors and outdoors.
The property consists of a spacious living room, a fully fitted kitchen, and a shaded al fresco dining area beside the summer kitchen with a pizza oven and BBQ. There are two double guest bedrooms, each accessed externally—one with an en suite bathroom and the other with a private, separate bathroom. There is a children's room with bunk beds, which shares a separate bathroom with the fourth bedroom, consisting of a double bed and a single bed. Additionally, there is a staff bedroom, available upon request, with a single bed and a bathroom.
The main outdoor terrace is spacious and provides a fantastic setting for dining and lounging al fresco while taking in the incredible sea views. Guests can also enjoy private access through the garden to the sandy beach below.
