Situated on a hillside near Sorrento, this luxurious villa rental was built in 1866 and is located within walking distance of the beach and the restaurant of Marina di Puolo, and less than a 10-minute drive to the vibrant town center of Sorrento. The standout features of this property include an outdoor fitness area, a beautiful garden, an infinity pool, and breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea.
Exuding a harmonious blend of classic Italian architecture and exquisite decoration, the villa charms visitors with high-end details, including wood floors, vaulted fresco ceilings, and hand-painted ceramic tiles. This blend of sophistication and modern amenities creates an understated luxury that makes every stay supremely comfortable.
The villa spans three floors, connected by a private elevator. The ground floor features a large commercial-grade kitchen with a pizza oven, exclusively for staff use, along with four spacious bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms on this floor are best suited as a family suite, comprising two bedrooms and two bathrooms. In this configuration, guests in one bedroom must walk through the other to access one of the bathrooms. If guests prefer to use the bedrooms separately, they can do so; however, in this case, the second bathroom will have independent access via the covered patio, eliminating the need to walk through the other bedroom. The first floor consists of two living areas, a dining room with French windows opening onto a large terrace, a small kitchen available for guest use, and a panoramic covered terrace with a dining table that can accommodate up to 20 guests. The second floor houses five additional comfortable bedrooms.
The exteriors feature an infinity pool lined with comfortable sunbeds and a lounge area, two outdoor showers, a small outdoor gym, and beautiful Mediterranean gardens. Guests can also enjoy a romantic pergola that houses a large alfresco dining area, perfect for creating unforgettable gourmet memories with large groups of friends and family, and stunning sea views.
