This prestigious villa, designed by the renowned Italian architect Ferdinando Fagnola, is built within its land, and its roof is covered by lush greenery. The home features contemporary and inviting bright spaces that seamlessly blend harmonious natural materials with modern amenities.
The villa offers a spacious living room with raw concrete ceilings and access to the main terrace, a dining room with a picture window overlooking the pool area and the sea, a second lounge/library area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The bedrooms are split into two separate wings; the right wing hosts four well-appointed en-suite bedrooms with sea views, while the left wing offers three more en-suite bedrooms.
The exteriors feature over a hectare of meticulously maintained gardens with a large flat lawn leading to the stunning pool, lined with comfortable sunbeds and overlooking the crystal-clear waters of the Mediterranean Sea. A private path leads guests directly to the white sand beach and the sea, as well as to a private dock. Guests can also enjoy a ping pong table, outdoor fitness equipment, an al fresco dining area, several outdoor lounges, and stunning sea views.

Heart of Sardinia's Glamour
Being nestled between Porto Cervo and Porto Rotondo made exploring the Costa Smeralda so easy, yet the villa felt like a secret fortress. The grassy lawn leading to the pool is straight out of a film. We celebrated life here and left with full hearts. Grazie mille!
