This two-story villa offers ample space for relaxation and entertainment. The main living area has access to a panoramic terrace—perfect for enjoying the sea breeze—and opens onto the dining area and fully equipped kitchen, fitted with a large central island. There are also four beautifully appointed bedrooms; two of them have en-suite bathrooms, while the other two share a bathroom. The fifth bedroom has independent access, an en-suite bathroom, and a sofa bed to accommodate an additional guest.
The exteriors feature beautiful Mediterranean gardens with lush greenery and a pathway leading directly to a dreamy sandy beach, nestled between natural boulders. Guests can enjoy a spacious veranda with an outdoor lounge area, an al fresco dining area, a ping pong table, a private dock, shimmering sea views, and access to the crystal-clear waters of the Sardinian Sea.

Pure Tranquility
Seven bathrooms for ten people meant zero morning stress. The panoramic terrace caught every breeze. We borrowed the beach chairs, explored Palau in seven minutes, returned to the veranda for al fresco dinners. The private heated pool was our midnight sanctuary. Absolute perfection.

The pathway through Mediterranean gardens to our own sandy beach between boulders stole my breath. The central island kitchen became our gathering heart. The fifth bedroom gave our nanny independence. Housekeeper discreet, pool perfect, memories permanent. We left renewed.
