The villa is spread over two floors. The main floor includes a spacious living room with beautiful views, complete with a TV lounge, dining area, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, and a master bedroom with amazing sea views. There is also a laundry area and a guest bathroom. The lower floor, which can be accessed by external stairs or through the entrance gate without using the stairs, hosts four more independent en-suite bedrooms with direct access to the beautiful gardens, two of which can be internally connected. An additional studio is available and can be rented as a staff room.
The exteriors feature lush, manicured gardens with a large flat lawn, a corner playground for children, and a stunning 30m long zero-edge pool lined with comfortable sunbeds and day beds. Guests can also enjoy a shaded terrace with a summer kitchen fully fitted with a BBQ, an outdoor lounge area, an al fresco dining area for 14 guests, and panoramic sea views.
